Background:
-No history until age 16. It was discovered the subject’s mother hid her Hybrid status. The mother smuggled her out of the City, into the Deep before she could be acquired. Her whereabouts were unknown for two years.
-At age 18, she emerged as a Freelance Mercenary, doing odd jobs within the Deep and charging less than what they were worth to the locals, thus garnering more clientele and eventually more money. She also gained the Enforcer’s attention by her high powered explosions and her willingness to break into the City to perform jobs.
-Notes: It is believed in those two years she was gone, she trained under several well known Transies (e.g., Pyr Shiro) in order to gain the skills she possesses.

-Notes: One tattoo at the base of his neck, a bar code that marks him a former Enforcer Detainee.

-Notes: Parental Evolution Status Unknown, Parents Unknown.
Evolution Powers: Water Manipulation
-Notes: Most notably the subject can manipulate water within a thirty yard radius, changing from solid to liquid to gas as well as chose the shape and manner the water is used such as sheets or spears of ice, waves of water, or blasts of steam. His favorite tactic is to freeze the water in a target’s body, then shatter them with a punch.

Background:
-No history until age 21. At the age of 21 he was detained by Enforcer personnel and kept on charges of conspiracy to destroy Genetics Council property. Subject escaped within a month, without revealing any usable information. Enforcers on duty that day were executed for dereliction of duty.
-From age 21 to 22 he was involved with an Evolutionary Variant named Terrina Rokiana whom he used as a hostage.
-Notes: Unknown if Terrina Rokiana was complicit in his escape. She returned a year later, pregnant with his child. This information was unknown at the time.
-From age 22 onward the subject has done all that is within his power to thwart Genetics Council rule, from simply blowing up property, to detaining Enforcers, though never outright killing any of them.
-At age 40 Cedric was introduced to his daughter, subject 002459 (a.k.a. Ada Kaze).
-Notes: Subject Ada refused contact with Cedric and continues to keep her distance, despite their obviously similar goals.

-Notes: Most notably the subject can bend, heat and, in some extreme cases, break and reform metal. Using inks created with special metals mixed in, the subject can augment and enhance T.E.V. powers.

-At the age of 16 he learned the tattoo trade and discovered he had a natural talent for artistic expression.
-Notes: This is how he became known as Needle Man.
-At the age of 24 it is believed he became involved with the subject 002459 (a.k.a. Ada Kaze). They both disappeared for two years. He re-emerged, still claiming to be neutral.
-Notes: Ky’s reputation has suffered because of his association with 002459 and her flagrant disregard for the societal rules of the Deep.
-At the age of 26 he disappeared without a trace.

-Notes: Subject tends to favor breathing fire from their mouth to any other form of manipulating fire. Subject can, when pressed, conjure fire on any part of their body. His ultimate attack seems to be erupting fire within a target, exploding them from the inside.

Background:
-No history until age 20. Subject emerged as a negotiator and acrobatic entertainer. Firebreathing lead the subject to be invited to many dens of iniquity, opening the door for his path as a negotiator and diplomat.
-Notes: It is believed that the subject was briefly involved with a prole named Hellena. The tryst was ended by the prole. No further data is available.
-Age 41 – Became involved with subject 002459 (a.k.a. Ada Kaze), disappearing for 2 years.
-Age 43 – Emerged to resume his diplomacy trade. Continues to find lucrative work from the denizens of the Deep.

-Notes: The subject can speak with his mind, projecting his thoughts into other subject’s minds. With skin on skin contact the subject can alter, for a small length of time, another’s DNA. Permanent changes will occur if the contact is maintained for more than an hour. Skin contact also allows the subject to analyze the DNA including finding strengths and weaknesses.

-Age 35 – Married Terrina Rokiana when he discovered she was pregnant without a partner in sight.
-Notes: It is speculated the subject had been watching Terrina from afar, but no concrete evidence has been gathered to back this up. What is known for sure, Terrina was at first reluctant to marry, but eventually capitulated when the subject offered to examine the DNA of her unborn child. It is uncertain if this match has or had any emotional attachment.
